Welcome
Whether hosting a small meeting, large reception, athletic competition, artistic performance, trade show or teleconference, we will work with you to ensure that your event is well planned, successful, and memorable.
Reservations
Use of MCC facilities is available to both MCC and the community members. We encourage contacting the Campus Events office at (585) 292-2010 regarding availability.
- Community Members: Please contact the Campus Events Office to inquire space availability before submiting an application. Please note that submitting the application does not guarantee the space is available. For external requestors, click the following to complete the Community Members Campus Events Application. Please know that you will be prompted to create an account with a username and password your first time using the application. If you encounter any issues accessing the form, please contact a Campus Events Representative at (585) 292-2010. Visit the Community Reservations webpage for additional information, pricing, and requirements.
- MCC Faculty & Staff: For meeting rooms, classrooms, and labs, use the Ad Astra scheduling form to check availability and reserve a space. To reserve other on-campus locations, you are required to contact the Campus Events Office to put a space on hold before submiting a MCC Employee Campus Events Application. Visit the MCC Faculty & Staff Reservations webpage for additional information.
- Students: For students looking to secure a location for an “academic” assignment or project, please email Yolanda Johnson (yjohnson@annccb.com) or email Sauntevia Major (smajor1@annccb.com), or stop by the Campus Events office (room 3-108). Visit the Students and Clubs & Organizations Reservations webpage for additional information.
- MCC Clubs & Organizations: Be sure to work with your Office of Student Life and Leadership Club advisor and student club advisor. You are required to contact the Campus Events Office to put space on hold before submiting the Campus Events Application. Please note that submitting the application does not guarantee the space is available. You may save your form progress and continue at a later time. Visit the Students and Clubs & Organizations Reservations webpage for additional information.

For any Food Service needs, please contact Sodexo, Monroe Community College's exclusive caterer.
